Stay Connected
UK Social Fitness gives people different ways to stay part of the community between physical meet-ups.
Use Telegram to talk, encourage each other, arrange activities and see who may be joining a Social Fitness meet-up. Use Strava to record activity, see other members moving, share encouragement and give some kudos. Follow Instagram for updates, stories and news from the wider Social Fitness community.
You can use one platform or all of them. There is no compulsory app or social network required to be part of UK Social Fitness.
Telegram
Talk to other members, get event updates, follow the 30/30 Challenge, ask questions and stay involved between meet-ups.
Telegram is our official community space for conversation, support and staying connected.
Strava
The UK Social Fitness Strava Club gives members somewhere to record their movement and encourage each other through activity.
Walk, run, cycle, swim, train or record another supported activity. See what other members are doing, give some kudos and build consistency.
Strava is particularly useful for people completing the 30/30 Challenge or working towards their own fitness goal.

Coming soon · The Fellows House
Social Fitness has created places to meet, move and encourage one another. The next chapter is about making it easier to keep going—with access to a welcoming gym, personal support and guidance grounded in real experience.

We are working towards a partnership with The Fellows House that would give people in the Social Fitness community access to its gym. This access is not available yet.
We also plan to partner with a local personal trainer who can offer extra motivation and optional one-to-one sessions to help people train confidently and stay on track.
Dan has been guided by David Morgan MBE since the start of 2026. David is a three-time Olympian and five-time Commonwealth Games gold medallist. We hope to draw on the lessons he shares through Be Your Best and his forthcoming books.
Discover David’s work ↗The gym arrangement and local PT partnership are not currently live. Access, eligibility, dates, any costs and the trainer’s identity will be published only when confirmed. The 30/30 Challenge is free to take part in for now.
